Video: Favourite UKYA Books

Yesterday’s twitter-based UKYA Day was loads of fun! As part of it, Lucy Powrie put together a couple of videos of various authors — including me — recommending our favourite books. I’m right at the beginning of the following video. It’s UKYA Day!

If you follow bookish people on twitter, you probably already know it’s UKYA Day! *throws books and confetti* Organised by blogger Lucy Powrie, who’s practically Queen of UKYA because she does so much to support it, it sounds like it’s going to be a really fun day. I blogged a couple of years ago about first realising UKYA was a ‘thing’. At that point I didn’t really own many UKYA books, but now two-thirds of my YA books are by UK authors.
